Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the operation and maintenance of building systems at a client facility in Charlotte, NC.

You will service material handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems, ensuring uptime and safety in a fast-paced distribution environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of related experience, are proficient with MS Office, and can lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs or ladders.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on MHE and conveyors.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Collaborate with Client and Operations Maintenance teams.
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
