Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions seeks skilled Maintenance Technicians to service a client facility, focusing on MHE and robotic systems. You will repair, maintain, and improve equipment functionality while documenting preventative maintenance and inventory.

Strong safety focus and teamwork with the Client and Operations staff are essential. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience using powered or non-powered hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Solve electrical and mechanical issues related to MHE and conveyors.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Complete and document preventative maintenance routines.
• Track and store department inventory.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with Client and Operations teams.
• Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
