Job summary

You will mentor Reliability Electricians II–IV and contribute to equipment performance and manufacturing goals. The position emphasizes maintenance workflow, troubleshooting, and improving maintenance practices
Qualifications
- Strong safety practices and adherence to PPE, LOTO, and related standards.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics/prints.
- Advanced troubleshooting of electrical components including PLCs, motors, drives, and relays.
Responsibilities
- Maintain manufacturing processes and support equipment to high performance levels.
- Lead repairs and troubleshooting of electrical systems and automation equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and condition-based maintenance plans.
- Mentor junior reliability electricians and share maintenance knowledge.
