Job summary

The role focuses on maintaining safe, high-quality manufacturing processes and mentoring Reliability Electricians. Expect hands-on technical work with PLCs, motors, inverters, and robotics to improve uptime.

Qualifications

• Safety practices and compliance with LOTO, PPE, and related procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and prints.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on PLCs, drives, and electrical systems.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance per defined plans and PM/PdM activities.
• Operate and mentor others in maintenance tasks and job planning.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support manufacturing equipment to high performance levels, including electrical systems (MCCs, inverters, motors).
• Troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and automation equipment; lead repairs for safety and productivity issues.
• Develop and update schematics; verify accuracy after modifications.
• Execute PM/CM plans and create detailed job plans for equipment upgrades.
• Mentor Reliability Electricians II–IV and support project work.
