Shaw Industries Group, located in Port Wentworth, GA, seeks an Automation Maintenance Tech V on 2nd shift (3PM-11PM). The role focuses on maintaining safe work practices, delivering precise maintenance, mentoring Reliability Electricians II–IV, and supporting manufacturing systems and plant reliability.
The candidate will troubleshoot advanced electrical and control systems, develop proactive maintenance plans, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Shaw's global flooring
Formación
- Safety practices including LOTO, confined space, PPE, hot work.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics/prints.
- Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and lead repairs.
Responsabilidades
- Maintain manufacturing processes and support equipment.
- Lead repairs to address safety, quality, downtime, and productivity issues.
- Develop proactive maintenance plans and PM/CM activities.
- Execute and assist in projects and process improvements, including PLC programming.
