Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support its North America operations in a highly automated Customer Fulfillment Center. You will respond to faults, perform planned maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of MHE performance.

The role requires an Associate's or Vocational degree and at least three years of direct experience in electrical or mechanical fields, plus comfort with working at heights and occasional travel for training.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Vocational degree in electrical or mechanical discipline with a minimum of three years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical planned maintenance across the site in an accurate, timely and safe manner.
• Update records of work activities, tasks carried out, parts used through stores and training given.
• Perform assembly and sub-assembly repairs by following written work instructions, blueprints and schematics.
• Respond to and diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolving issues and action repairs.
• Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning duties of equipment.
• Analyze data to find solutions to improve MHE performance, providing reports where necessary.
• Complete quality inspections to ensure work is completed to a safe standard.
