Responsibilities

• Define automation vision, roadmap, and deployment for the Asheville site.
• Lead automation engineers to implement and optimize factory automation.
• Stand up and manage OT Network for Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on process capability and data analytics.
• Lead CapEx budgeting, ROI analysis, and automation investments.
• Report transformation progress to executives and stakeholders.
• Standardize automation equipment, layout, and tooling.
• Develop team's technical proficiency through training.
