Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow & Power BI Reporting Analyst in New York, NY. The role focuses on designing, developing, and automating enterprise reporting across IT Operations, Engineering, Security, and Service Management to deliver actionable insights.

The candidate will build scalable dashboards, performance analytics, and executive visualizations leveraging ServiceNow, Power BI, and various automation technologies. Strong data visualization and KPI development experience required.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Strong capability to build Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports.
Proven ability to create KPIs, data models, and visualizations from enterprise data sources.
Experience with data visualization, reporting automation, scripting, and governance.
Familiarity with REST APIs and system integrations for reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics and data extracts.
Design Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
Create KPIs, metrics, data models, measures and visualizations for operations and engineering.
Analyze datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
Improve reporting efficiency via automation, scripting, APIs, workflows and integrations.
Automate recurring reporting activities including data collection, validation, and distribution.
Collaborate with engineering, IT operations, security and leadership to define requirements.
Translate business requirements into measurable KPIs and reporting solutions.
