Amazon Memphis is seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot robotics and material handling equipment critical to operations. You will monitor performance, analyze system data, and support site technicians remotely and locally.

The role requires a strong background in PLC/automation engineering, with flexibility for non-standard shifts. Excellent problem solving and collaboration are essential for improving system reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/EE/Automation or 2+ years PLC automation experience
• Willing to work weekends, nights, or holidays
• 2+ years PLC-controlled automation and issue diagnosis
• 2+ years robotics work cells and control systems experience
• 2+ years ladder logic programming with Siemens/Allen-Bradley/Codesys PLCs

Responsibilities

• Maintain automation systems critical for operations
• Troubleshoot material handling control systems and PLC networks
• Monitor MHE metrics and analyze system performance
• Provide first-level escalation support for site technicians
• Perform Building System Assessments to enhance material handling performance
