Ability to communicate clearly with attorneys, executives, and technical stakeholders.
Willingness to learn new tools quickly and work hands-on in AI/automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, and related tools.
Support the development of AI-enabled workflows, document automation, intake processes, approval flows, task routing, and internal productivity tools.
Debug workflow errors, failed runs, logic issues, permissions problems, and integration issues.
Refine workflows based on user feedback, testing results, and operational needs.
Document workflow logic, requirements, dependencies, testing steps, known issues, and support procedures.
