Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable automation solutions. You will partner with operations, engineering, and IT to translate requirements into reliable automations, dashboards, and data-driven tools.

We expect 5+ years in automation/integration, proficiency with Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, SQL Server, and scripting. The role is hybrid with a commutable location in New Kensington, PA, and offers growth within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (or related field).
• Five or more years of experience as an automation/integration engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design & build automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA, integration platforms, dashboards, and AI/ML capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements across functional, performance, availability, and security dimensions.
• Architect solution designs and participate in technical and functional design reviews.
• Configure, script, and develop automation solutions with reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Create and refine dashboards, reports, and visualizations turning raw data into actionable insights.
• Perform unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Build deployment packages and coordinate deployments across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and data integrity checks for all deployed automation.
• Provide Tier 3 support for automation tools; maintain documentation and training.
