Congruex is seeking a seasoned Manager to drive Business Efficiency & Automation, coordinating planning, architecture, and delivery of tech initiatives. You will oversee GIS and closeout platforms, support responsible AI, and lead a small tech team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years of technology or IT experience with 2+ years in people-management or team leadership.
Experience supervising staff and leading cross-functional projects.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and modern software practices.
Familiarity with cybersecurity, data governance, and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2).
Ability to manage budgets, vendor costs, and project benefits.

Responsibilities

Coordinate technology planning and execution aligned with department priorities.
Oversee architecture, implementation, and ongoing improvements of identified solutions.
