Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking an experienced AI Engineering Manager to lead an internal software development team building business applications, automation, and AI-powered solutions.

Reporting to the CTO, you will guide architecture, set engineering standards, manage hiring, and drive AI technology adoption to deliver measurable business value across Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing software engineering teams.
• Experience delivering internal applications, web applications, system integrations, or operational software.
• Experience managing agile delivery, sprint planning, and release management.
• Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software developers.
• Manage hiring, coaching, performance, and career development.
• Own software delivery from planning through deployment, including sprint planning and release management.
• Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives and execute the development roadmap.
• Lead adoption of AI technologies, AI-assisted development, and workflow automation.
• Establish engineering standards, architecture, and code quality while providing hands-on technical guidance.
• Drive user adoption, gather feedback, and measure business impact and operational efficiency.
