Job summary

Alignment Health is leading the charge in transforming healthcare operations through automation and AI. The Manager, Intelligent Automation & AI Solutions will design and deliver scalable automation, including RPA and low-code approaches, to improve efficiency, quality, and user experience.

This hands-on technical leadership role partners with Operations to assess processes, define requirements, and drive architecture, development, testing, deployment, and adoption.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workflow automation, software development, intelligent automation, AI solution delivery, or related fields.
• Experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting production automation solutions.
• Proficiency with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, scripting, source control, testing, and production support.
• Experience evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, and measuring business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, deployment, and optimization of automation initiatives across the organization.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for Automation & AI, partnering with operations teams to streamline workflows.
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance requirements are met in all solutions.
• Communicate tradeoffs and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
