The role partners with operations and executive leadership to design, develop, deploy, and optimize automation tools, APIs, and AI-enabled workflows while ensuring security, privacy, and governance compliance. This position emphasizes delivery and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workflow automation, software development, intelligent automation, or related fields.
• Experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting production automation solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and providing technical leadership.
• Experience with APIs, integrations, SQL, scripting, source control, testing, and production support.
• Experience evaluating business processes, gathering requirements, and measuring business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess business processes and define solution requirements with Operations leaders.
• Lead design, development, deployment, and optimization of automation initiatives.
• Serve as the primary technical expert for Automation & AI and ensure adoption.
• Architect and deliver automation using RPA, low-code platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Ensure security, privacy, and governance compliance across solutions.
