Job summary

Ema is seeking an IT Engineer to own corporate IT tools, access, devices, and compliance end to end. This role focuses on automating IT operations rather than a traditional helpdesk, with a emphasis on policy-driven automation and reducing manual work.

You'll build agentic workflows, manage identity and access, SaaS inventories, endpoint security, and audit-ready security evidence. Collaboration with Finance and HR is common.

Qualifications

• Automation mindset with ability to design agentic workflows using Python/Bash.
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS infrastructure: Okta/IdP, Google Workspace, MDM.
• Strong security discipline and precise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated workflows and agentic tooling.
• Manage identity and access governance for global employees.
• Maintain SaaS inventories and optimize licenses.
• Oversee endpoint security: MDM, OS patching, encryption baselines.
• Ensure security/compliance evidence for audits.
• Standardize IT runbooks and SLAs.
• Advise Finance and HR on tool subscriptions and billing.
