Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems in Fresno, CA is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade automated pedestrian, sliding, and swinging doors at customer sites.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, work with aluminum frames and glazing, and maintain strong customer communication. After certification, participate in on-call rotations and pursue AAADM certification through our training program.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and AAADM certification within 1 year.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service.
• Participate in training programs and maintain AAADM certification.
