Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyzes plans, contracts, specifications and codes to determine project requirements.
• Organizes and maintains the job folder with up-to-date schematics, submittals, plans and schedules.
• Prepares submittals with schematics, descriptions and technical literature.
• Uses AutoCAD and related software for designing.
• Lays out instruments, equipment and piping; prepares wiring diagrams.
• Prepares calibration and installation instruction schedules.
• Selects appropriate products to meet specifications.
• Writes drawings and specs for components and panels from suppliers.
• Provides information for purchasing and tracks material delivery.
• Directs submittal books with schematics and operational instructions.
• Assists with project closeout documentation.
• Uses MS Word and MS Excel for requirements and assistance.
