Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an Automation and Research Support Specialist to help QA, data reporting, and juvenile case management system support.

You will collaborate with county staff to ensure data integrity, prepare statistical publications, and assist in creating training materials and SharePoint documentation. Travel may be up to 5% and remote work could be available after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Run juvenile case management system quality assurance reports.
• Produce, monitor and distribute monthly QA compliance spreadsheet.
• Communicate with county staff regarding data integrity concerns.
• Coordinate with county staff to ensure data cleanup is timely.
• Track data integrity patterns to identify training needs.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Data Analysts and County staff on QA issues.
• Assist with production of written statistical publications (e.g., Juvenile Court Counts).
• Create and maintain templates for statistical publications and data presentations.
• Assist with development/testing materials and SharePoint documentation; support CMS changes.
• Assist with planning for meetings and training logistics.
• Travel up to 5%.
