Job summary

Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an eCourt Services Lead - Specialist VII to drive statewide projects, analyze court processes, and develop policies and training for eCourt initiatives. You will work with judges, IT staff, vendors, and other agencies to optimize data integration and reporting.

The role offers the possibility of hybrid-telework after three months and requires strong project management and communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced court environment.

Qualifications

• Requires four-year degree in public or judicial administration or related field plus seven years in court administration and operations.
• Demonstrated experience in analysis of court operations with evaluation and recommendations for improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with judges, court staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide projects involving planning, research, data analysis, and process improvement for eCourt initiatives.
• Develop policies, procedures, documentation, and training materials for deployment and enhancement of eCourt systems.
• Facilitate meetings among courts, judicial officers, IT personnel, vendors, and agencies to identify improvements in business processes and technology.
• Analyze court operations and data, conduct studies, map data, prepare reports, and develop recommendations for implementation.
