Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court is seeking an Automation Specialist III to support the Automation and Research unit, coordinating with county staff to complete QA tasks and assist with data reporting and publications for the juvenile case management system.

Essential duties include QA reporting, data integrity monitoring, and producing publications, with potential remote work after three months. This position is PSLF eligible with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years related experience or equivalent.
Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Ability to interact effectively with community members, courts, treatment providers, and education officials, and coordinate tasks across projects.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Run QA reports for the juvenile case management system and maintain QA compliance spreadsheets.
Data Reporting and Publications: Assist in producing written statistical publications and formatting data presentations.
Automation Support: Develop training materials, maintain documentation, and support CMS-related updates.
