Job summary

SanMar Corp. in Virginia seeks a Maintenance Engineer for Autostore systems to optimize operations across distribution centers. You will maintain conveyors, oversee facilities staff, troubleshoot panels, and coordinate with IT and vendors to ensure stable, scalable automation.

You will train staff, manage spare parts and preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This role requires engineering background, 2+ years' experience, and the ability to travel to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience with industrial equipment.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience maintaining conveyor belt systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and Autostore systems including conveyors and related control systems.
• Supervise Facilities employees in DC; direct work and provide training as needed.
• Review schematics and troubleshoot panel indicators; utilize manuals to troubleshoot devices.
