Blum USA is seeking an LTS-CI Electrical Specialist to support production and warehouse operations, focusing on electrical/electronic systems for automated equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, programming, maintenance, and on-the-job training within a team-driven environment.

You will engage in continuous improvement, analyze performance data, and collaborate with Maintenance, Tooling, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure reliability and optimized machine cycles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or completion of a DOL-approved apprenticeship emphasizing Electronics Technology preferred.
• Equivalent military training or experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years in automated industrial manufacturing with PC/PLC-based automation controls, installation, programming, design, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with European power and control systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support all Production and Warehouse operations.
• Participate in Production and Facility-based projects.
• Operate independently and collaboratively within continuous improvement and problem resolution teams.
• Provide technical support and training for Production and Warehouse personnel.
• Develop and analyze quality and production reports.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to establish work assignments and priorities.
• Perform maintenance, repair, programming, setup, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems associated with automated production and warehousing equipment.
• Complete LTS-CI control system training on function and theory of operation, including operating controls.
• Participate in rotational on-call support for weekend production needs.
• Complete approximately 2–4 weeks of machine introduction through an OJT training program.
