Job summary

Marvin in Fargo, ND is seeking a CEPG Controls Team Supervisor to lead the Controls group while continuing hands-on work. You will mentor technicians and coordinate projects, partnering with SCADA, database systems, and PLC specialists to integrate sophisticated automated manufacturing equipment.

This role requires a collaborative leadership style, strong controls and troubleshooting experience, and the ability to drive projects to on‑time completion.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong controls/troubleshooting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Guide Controls Technicians and coordinate projects with other groups.
• Lead hiring, training, and workload planning.
• Research, install, and test automation control systems to improve efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and programming issues.
• Manage projects and timelines with clear feedback and end-user training.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure equipment and wiring meet Marvin standards.
