Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
Knowledge of industrial automation products preferred.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate training classes in house or onsite.
Develop skills to become instructor.
Handle inbound inquiries on product selection from sales.
Handle inbound quote support requests from customer and sales staff.
Provide pre-sales engineering/technical support including product selection and cross referencing.
Develop, setup and test application studies.
Assist field sales with onsite technical demos.
Perform onsite troubleshooting and warranty support as required.
Coordinate ACS event calendar for assigned products.
Build rapport with customers as a technical resource.
