Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading Automation & Controls projects across multiple locations.
• Proven leadership experience, direct or indirect.
• Proven ability to build partnerships.
• Working knowledge of CAD, HMI, PLCs, G-Suite, and diagnostics tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of Automation and Controls group.
• Contribute to 3- and 5-year capital plans.
• Collaborate with IT, Process Services, Corporate Engineering, GAF Business Systems, R&D to integrate team.
• Oversee capital projects, budgeting, and financial reporting for the team.
• Ensure documentation and machine standards are maintained.
• Provide leadership and promote safety and continuous education.
