Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years in automation/manufacturing controls.
- Experience leading automation projects from concept to implementation.
- Strong knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, sensors, and automated equipment.
Responsabilidades
- Lead automation projects from concept to implementation, safely and on time.
- Define scope, milestones, budgets, and timelines with stakeholders.
- Develop schedules and manage resources and expenditures.
- Monitor progress and report status to leadership and customers.
- Coordinate staffing with internal and external teams.
- Prepare design docs, technical specs, and bid packages.
- Direct project teams through design, testing, and startup.
