Electrical Automation Services in Surprise, AZ is seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to provide on-site automation support for high-speed beverage manufacturing. The role focuses on troubleshooting, reliability improvements, and leading controls projects with cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrial automation, strong PLC/HMI skills, and the ability to mentor maintenance staff.
Qualificações
- Four+ years of industrial automation or controls experience in beverage or related manufacturing.
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.
- Excellent communication across plant departments.
- Willingness to work a 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Responsabilidades
- Serve as on-shift controls expert providing Tier 1 and 2 troubleshooting.
- Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues.
- Lead controls projects to improve safety, quality, and throughput.
- Mentor maintenance technicians and operators.
- Maintain backups and system change records.
