Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0+ in a technical field.
• 4+ years of relevant technical experience with BS or 2+ with MS.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Proven experience performing software test on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience implementing an automated software testing solution.
• Automated testing experience on embedded systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in C#/.NET, C, C++, Java, Python, or Ruby programming languages.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to senior leadership and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an integral team member in test planning, strategy and design, test execution, and quality recommendations.
• Review, edit and generate documents used for engineering and testing per industry standards.
• Mentor less experienced test engineers and learn from senior team members.
• Communicate with software developers and other team members frequently.
