The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 4+ years of relevant experience (2+ with MS), plus an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent with GPA 3.0+.
• 4+ years of relevant technical experience with BS or 2+ with MS.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Proven experience performing software test on complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Experience implementing automated software testing solutions.
• Automated testing experience on embedded systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages: C#/.NET, C, C++, Java, Python, or Ruby.
• Strong communication skills for presentations to senior leadership and government customers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in test planning, strategy and design, test execution and software engineering processes.
• Edit and generate documents for engineering and testing per industry standards.
• Mentor less experienced test engineers and learn from senior staff.
• Communicate regularly with software developers and team members.
