Job summary

You will diagnose electro-mechanical issues, work with aluminum framing, glazing, and low-voltage wiring, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
• Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage wiring (120v); access control systems a plus.
• Commitment to safety, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
• Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors.
• Participate in training programs and AAADM certification.
• Operate power tools and perform physically demanding tasks.
• On-call rotations after certification and training.
