The role covers coating, furnace, recoil, and leach operations with emphasis on SOP compliance and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum five years manufacturing experience; additional 3–5 years in countermeasure assembly/defense industry.

Responsibilities

• Train new SM Machine Operators to SOPs.
• Operate semi auto leach equipment to produce ASC SM types.
• Collaborate with supervisor and maintenance to set leach parameters.
• Ensure PPE availability and safe access in manufacturing areas.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe manufacturing practices.
• Oversee proper labeling of waste containers; ensure daily production goals.
