Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) in the United States is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to lead and perform the assembly and sub-assembly of hardware components in a fast-paced, low volume manufacturing environment, following procedures and specifications. You will read blueprints, operate assembly equipment, train technicians, inspect quality, and support process improvements while ensuring safety and compliance.

A strong background in manufacturing with 5+ years and ability to obtain a U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 3–5 years in countermeasure assembly or defense industry.
• Eligible to obtain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hardware components and sub-assemblies per SOPs and blueprints.
• Read and interpret procedures, drawings, and data for assembly tasks.
• Operate assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
