Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate vehicle service contract claims using contract terms and guidelines.
• Gather facts, ask focused questions, and communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Review estimates, labor, parts pricing, and determine appropriate repair scope and costs.
• Identify missing information and request clarifications or inspections.
• Make timely, well-supported decisions within authority and explain approvals or denials.
• Deliver excellent service to contract holders, dealerships, repair facilities, and partners.
• Manage calls, emails, follow-ups, and claim documentation across systems.
• Learn automotive terminology, contract coverage, processes, and systems through training.
• Meet quality, productivity, and service standards and identify improvement opportunities.
