Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive office or billing is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive contracts, funding, titles, and registrations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with multiple departments (Finance, Sales, Accounting, L&T).

Responsibilities

• Process and bill vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
• Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify contracts, invoices, titles, registrations, and documents.
• Track funded and unfunded deals and follow up.
• Reconcile deal discrepancies and correct errors promptly.
• Post deals into accounting and process commissions.
• Assist with title and registration paperwork as needed.
