Job summary

Caribou Financial, Inc. is seeking a Titling Specialist to join our Denver Titling team. You will manage the auto refinance process, ensuring lien perfection across all 50 states and handling a high volume of documents with precision.

Key duties include processing liens, coordinating with customers, lenders, and agencies, and maintaining accurate file progress in internal systems. Ability to work onsite in Denver and meet SLAs is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail with accuracy in high-volume work.
• Experience managing complex multi-step workflows across multiple web-based platforms while tracking progress to meet SLAs.
• Background in document-heavy, process-driven work and ability to adapt to titling-related tasks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and perfect liens by receiving, uploading, reviewing, and submitting titling documents to complete the auto refinance process.
• Contact customers, lenders, and agencies by phone, text, email, and mail to obtain missing documents and confirm payoff details.
• Navigate and update internal databases and tracking tools to manage file progress within SLAs.
