Caribou is seeking a Titling Specialist to join our Titling team in Denver. You will play a central role in completing the auto refinance process for our customers, managing the documents and communications required to transfer liens accurately and on time across all 50-states.

This high-volume, detail-oriented role requires meticulous tracking, seamless collaboration with customers, lenders, and jurisdictional agencies, and the ability to manage multiple databases within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume workflows across multiple platforms.
• Experience with document-heavy, process-driven work and ability to manage complex, multi-step tasks.
• Clear, professional communication across phone, email, text, and mail.
• Ability to navigate multiple internal systems and SLAs with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Process and submit liens and titling documents to complete auto refinance and lien perfection.
• Communicate with customers, lenders, and jurisdictional agencies to obtain missing documents and confirm payoff details.
• Track progress in internal databases and tools to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Coordinate with external titling partners and agencies to resolve holds and submission issues.
• Manage high volumes of document shipments (FedEx, etc.) to customers and partners.
• Support remote wet-ink signing sessions and ensure proper post-session file maintenance.
• Share jurisdictional research and contribute to process improvements in the team.
