Job summary

MileOne Autogroup is seeking a Senior Title Clerk to manage the title and registration process for new and used vehicles. You will ensure accurate lien payoff, prepare tax/title documents, and handle DMV transfers with precision.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and prior experience in a dealership title department. On-site position with opportunities for advancement and mentoring within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read and comprehend simple instructions.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicle registrations in the titled state.
• Prepare and submit tax and title documents.
• Verify liens and ensure accurate title transfer to DMV.
• Maintain accurate tracking of title work and communicate status to management.
