Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking an individual to maintain daily functions of the Payments/Card Services Department and provide quality service to members.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with strong MS Office and Excel data skills. Familiarity with Visa programs and card operations is a plus. This is an on-site role based in Sandy, UT.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of similar or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; ability to create charts from Excel data.
• Adobe Writer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal customers with payments and card services queries.
• Provide quality service to MACU members and external customers.
• Open and disperse interoffice mail; respond to inquiries via email/IM.
• Maintain card records and process card-related adjustments; file maintenance for Visa programs.
• Assist with educating branches about ATM/Card services and support vendor interactions.
