Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in customer service.
• Auto titling or lending experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to review loan and title documents timely.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and process mail related to lienholder on customer auto property.
• Answer phone and email inquiries about lien placement and third-party vendor system.
• Identify anomalies and escalate to ensure timely processing.
• Collaborate with branch network to improve lien perfection rates on auto loans.
• Serve as liaison among internal/external customers and vendors; communicate with Centralized Sales, Underwriting and Branch personnel.
• Maintain knowledge of OneMain policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
