Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Title Specialist to maintain a high-performing auto secured loan portfolio across our branch network. The role focuses on administrative and customer service tasks related to lien placement and document processing.

The position requires basic customer service experience and strong communication skills, with a focus on timely review of loan and title documents. Training on OneMain policies and state/federal laws will be provided.

Qualifications

• Review loan and title documents in a timely fashion.
• Communicate clearly with branch network via phone and email.
• Identify anomalies and escalate to keep processes moving.
• Collaborate with branches to improve lien-perfection rates.
• Maintain knowledge of OneMain policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and process mail related to lienholder role.
• Answer inquiries about lien placement and vendor system usage.
• Elevate complex issues for seamless process transitioned.
• Act as liaison between internal and external customers and vendors.
