LoanMart is seeking a detail-oriented Title Department administrator to ensure accurate lien status updates and timely title releases for auto title loans. The role emphasizes precision in documentation, communication with customers, third parties, and the DMV, and may involve travel to DMV offices.
You will work onsite with a supportive team. We value strong written and verbal communication, reliability in administrative tasks, and at least one year of sales or call center experience.

The Title Department ensures that LoanMart is properly listed and released as a lienholder on vehicle title records when customers request an Auto Title Loan.
This is a full-time, onsite position. Position start time will rotate between 7 a.m., 8 a.m., and 8:30 a.m. on a weekly basis.
