Job summary

LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Altoona, Wisconsin. The role will involve assisting potential borrowers and existing customers with loan products, evaluating vehicles, and managing loans and payments. You will communicate daily with customers and make courtesy calls as needed.

Full-time hours are Monday to Friday 10am–6pm with rotating Saturday 9am–3pm; Sundays are not worked. The company emphasizes customer service excellence and a supportive team environment.
