Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage customer parts requests and support repair orders. You will verify parts quality, receive and store parts, and ensure timely distribution to the shop according to the production schedule.

Ideal candidates have 1–3+ years in automotive parts, strong communication, and familiarity with MIS systems like Summit or Repair Centre. This on-site role offers growth in a fast-paced collision environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with automotive parts (1-3+ years) preferred.
• I-Car registration progressing toward Gold Class recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Coordinate with customers and team to fulfill requests.
• Order, receive, and track parts; verify quality and quantity.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Log invoices in MIS and manage vendor discounts.
• Maintain accurate parts labeling by RO# and vehicle.
• Reconcile vendor invoices and price changes.
