Responsibilities

Supervise shop floor operations and ensure technicians are properly assigned.
Perform opening and closing procedures.
Monitor and adjust inventory levels; conduct End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory.
Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
Motivate the team, conduct quarterly evaluations, and submit payroll.
Create and manage crew schedules and train staff.
Ensure customer experiences are consistently excellent.
Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Manage shop financials to meet or exceed budget goals.
Perform technical duties such as oil changes, fluid checks, and service-related tasks.
