Job summary

Driven Brands is seeking an experienced automotive business coach to analyze member shops and deliver best-practice recommendations. You will coach owners through ATI’s 48-month reengineering program and alumni offerings to build profitable, efficient operations.

Required are 10+ years in automotive roles, strong coaching and communication skills, and a track record of driving improvements with shop owners. Travel and remote collaboration may be involved, with a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years overall automotive experience with focus in service writing, shop management, operations management, or ownership
• Minimum 4 years of teaching, instructing, and mentoring small business owners or employees
• Accounting or P&L experience
• Marketing and online/social media experience
• Solid ability to recruit and retain high quality employees
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills for coaching shop owners

Responsibilities

• Listen to shop owners to identify profitability improvements
• Communicate improvements via phone, Zoom and email
• Review financial statements and analyze business practices
• Develop new business models or recommendations and present to clients
• Coach to achieve client business goals and build a profitable shop
• Meet ATI program goals and monitor ROI, CSI, and performance metrics
• Attend company meetings and training events
