• Minimum 10 years automotive experience with focus in service writing, shop management, operations management, or ownership.
• 4+ years teaching/mentoring small business owners or employees with relevant challenges.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and communication skills for remote/virtual coaching.
• Proven ability to influence business owners and drive paradigm shifts via phone/videoconferencing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze member shops and recommend improvements based on ATI best practices.
• Provide coaching, consultation and mentoring to achieve business goals.
• Review financial statements and analyze business practices.
• Develop new business models or recommendations and present to clients.
• Maintain professional, results-oriented approach and strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with ATI team and participate in weekly meetings and events.
