Driven Brands’ Automotive Training Institute group seeks a National Sales Consultant to engage independent shop owners, run strategy sessions, and present ATI’s RE-Engineering program via Zoom. You’ll gather financial reports, analyze shop performance, and hand off post-sale to coaching staff, while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales, a business/marketing degree, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) experience, and strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent.
• 2+ years automotive service experience preferred.
• CRM systems and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet shop owners via Zoom; conduct strategy sessions and present ATI’s program.
• Preconsult with prospects via phone, email and digital channels.
• Prepare shop analyses from financial reports for consultations.
• Coordinate post-sales handoff to coaching staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage sales pipeline and CRM data accuracy (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales ops and other stakeholders.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and KPIs.
• Provide strategic insights to optimize sales performance.
• Support CRM implementation and sales processes improvements.
• Assist in sales strategy development and execution.
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and forecasts.
• Monitor processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
