Job summary

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a qualified Service Shop Foreman to lead and coach a team of service technicians on-site. You will drive performance, ensure quality repair techniques, and schedule training to keep the shop efficient and up-to-date with the latest products and processes.

Qualifications

Dealership experience and certifications are a plus.
Fluent with Dealership Brand processes and technology.
ADP Dealer Services experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in training, developing, and motivating the service technicians and monitor their performance.
Ensure proper repair techniques are being used.
Schedule training as necessary to properly repair and service vehicles.
Stay up to date on product changes and new products.
Other duties may be assigned by management.
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.
