Driven Brands Inc. seeks a seasoned Automotive Coach to analyze independent repair shops, coach owners, and guide them through ATI’s 48-month reengineering program and alumni initiatives. The role emphasizes strong communication, mentoring, and strategic business improvements.

You will leverage your extensive automotive background and coaching expertise to help clients achieve profitability and efficiency, including ROI-focused guidance and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years overall automotive experience with a strong focus in service writing, shop management, operations management, or old shop ownership, preferably independent aftermarket

• Listen to shop owners to help them become profitable and efficient
• Communicate via phone, Zoom, and email to identify improvements
• Review financial statements and analyze business practices
• Develop new business models or provide recommendations
• Mentor and coach clients to achieve business goals
• Lead ATI coaching engagements and client relationships
• Attend company meetings and participate in events
